Biochips, desert roses and big spiders
MESSAGE #8 - Apr 27, 2004

A man is, in spite of all, imperfect. He needs many years of arduous trainings, in order to increase his physical or intellectual abilities. In the distant future there are much faster methods. The biochips technology is a daily bread. Used by the army and the police, the biochips also got to the "black market". Their great usability at the battlefield was the reason why people started their mass production. The methods of producing them were simple and it let the technology be adapted into the biospheres' world of Maximus. The biochips enable to increase the value of each hero's statistic. They are very useful during the fight, when you have to use various types of weapon.

Together with the appearance of aliens, in the biospheres, plenty of strange, but harmless forms were noticed. In the abandoned and denuded of earth’s flora biospheres, the sand crystals and desert roses multiply. In the biospheres filled to the brim with marsh, you can observe trees, resembling mushrooms, that are not from this world.

The "Bloody Butchery" is one of the biggest monsters. The monster resembling a spider, several times bigger than the man, wreaked havoc amongst people. His advanced maxillas hide enormous teeth that could crush or tear apart even steel sheet. He’s bloody fast. His long legs let him catch up with the victim in the twinkling of an eye. The long distance weapon is the only remedy for this cosmic plaque.
